Woman gets fine, not flogging, for wearing pants

A journalist faces a sentence of up to 40 lashes as she goes on trial today in Sudan for wearing pants, clothing that the government deems indecent. At the time of her arrest, Lubna al-Hussein said, police accused her of wearing trousers that were too tight and a blouse that was too sheer.
