U.N. Panel Sends Gaza War Report To Security Council

The 25-6 vote sets up the possibility of international prosecution of Israelis and Palestinians accused of war crimes in the Dec. 27-Jan. 18 conflict. Israel and the U.S. say the report is "flawed" and warn that it could jeopardize the Middle East peace prospects.
