Titans Conclude Preseason, Beat Packers 27-13

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Vince Young ran for a touchdown and threw for another in his strongest performance this preseason, and the Tennessee Titans beat the Green Bay Packers 27-13 on Thursday night.
