Tessa Jowell's husband says Labour could come third

Three years since Tessa Jowell announced her separation from David Mills at the height of the controversy about her alleged involvement in his finances the couple have still not divorced. Mills now clearly feels free however to discuss the troubles of the Government of which she is a key member.
