Tampa Bay Buccaneers demote Jim Bates, give Raheem Morris defensive control

Continuing a tumultous year, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers changed defensive coordinators Monday night, demoting Jim Bates and handing over their defense to head coach Raheem Morris, according to sources close to the situation.
