Strong 7.6 quake hits Indian Ocean

NEW DELHI, Aug. 10 (UPI) -- A tsunami watch issued for the Indian Ocean after a magnitude 7.6 earthquake was recorded off India's Andaman Islands Monday has been canceled, officials said.
