Suicide Bomber Kills 10 In Iraq's Diyala Province

BAGHDAD, Oct. 8 -- A suicide bomber killed at least 10 people in Diyala province Wednesday morning in an attack that appeared to target Iraqi policemen, Iraqi officials said.
