Spurs Roll Over Clippers 115-90

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Tim Duncan scored 21 points before sitting out the fourth quarter, Richard Jefferson and Manu Ginobili each had 17, and the San Antonio Spurs beat the Los Angeles Clippers 115-90 Sunday night.
