Sources: Toronto Raptors dealing Carlos Delfino to Milwaukee Bucks

NBA front-office sources told ESPN.com on Monday that the Raptors have agreed in principal on a sign-and-trade deal with the Milwaukee Bucks that will send Delfino and power forward Amir Johnson and guard Sonny Weems.
