Shuttle launch scrubbed for second day

NASA scrubbed the launch of space shuttle Endeavour for the second straight day due to concerns over weather. Weather officers were concerned that storms in the vicinity of the Kennedy Space Center could affect the planned 7:13 p.m. launch, NASA said.
