San Diego Padres introduce Tom Garfinkel as new president

Tom Garfinkel, a former executive with NASCAR's Chip Ganassi Racing Teams and the Arizona Diamondbacks, was introduced Wednesday as the San Diego Padres' president and chief operating officer.
