Recession 'Very Likely Over,' Bernanke Says

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said the worst recession since the 1930s has probably ended, but the economy wouldn't grow enough to prevent unemployment from rising. He also predicted that Congress would rework financial regulations to prevent a future crisis.
