Raiders asked to provide evidence of tampering

Oakland Raiders owner Al Davis has received a formal letter from NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell informing him the franchise is subject to penalties for tampering accusations against the New England Patriots, ESPN's Chris Mortensen confirmed.
