Pharmacy may be to blame in horse deaths

A wrongly mixed vitamin compound given to the 21 animals was a substitute for Biodyl, a supplement that is not allowed in the U.S. A pharmacy acknowledged Thursday that it had incorrectly mixed a vitamin compound given to 21 polo horses before they mysteriously collapsed and died.
