Panthers Harass Ryan, Beat Falcons 28-19

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- Jake Delhomme went turnover-free for the third straight game, finding Steve Smith for two touchdowns, and the Carolina Panthers held on for a 28-19 victory over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.
