Panathinaikos wins Greek finals game vs. Olympiakos amid riot

Panathinaikos beat archrival Olympiakos 69-67 in the opening game of the Greek League finals on Thursday, with riot police called to control fans inside and outside the arena.

ATHENS, Greece, April 13 (UPI) -- Greek officials are stepping up security for next month's Champions League soccer final in Athens. In an effort to hold down possible fan violence, the Greek government is installing a network of surveillance cameras, eventually to be at all 22 stadiums.
