Everth Cabrera belted a Frankie Rodriguez fastball over the right-field wall for a game-ending grand slam, lifting the Padres to a victory over the Mets.

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 8 (UPI) -- Everth Cabrera hit a grand slam homer with none out in the ninth inning Friday, bringing San Diego a 6-2 win over the New York Mets.
