NFL Fines Ray Lewis for Hit on Ochocinco

OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) -- The NFL has fined Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis for a helmet-to-helmet hit delivered to Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chad Ochocinco.
