Kobe Bryant avoids suspension, Magic's Rafer Alston, Lakers' Derek Fisher get one game each

Orlando Magic guard Rafer Alston and Los Angeles Lakers guard Derek Fisher have each been suspended one game without pay for their roles in separate incidents on Wednesday night.
