Josh Cribbs says the Cleveland Browns have told him they want to have a new contract in place by the end of the season.

CLEVELAND, Sept. 13 (UPI) -- Adrian Peterson ran for three touchdowns and Brett Favre threw a scoring pass Sunday for Minnesota, which throttled the Cleveland Browns 34-20.
