PORTLAND, Ore., Dec. 3 (UPI) -- A 16-2 run to start the second quarter and a 17-6 run to start the third pushed the Indianapolis Pacers past the Trail Blazers 98-78 at the Rose Garden. Jermaine O'Neil had 27 points and 15 rebounds as Indiana won its sixth in the last eight games.
