High Court Weighs Arguments In Dogfighting Case

During oral arguments, several justices suggested that a federal law targeting the sale of videos and other depictions of animal cruelty may trample on the rights of protected speech. The Obama administration is seeking to reinstate the Federal Depiction of Animal Cruelty statute.
