Hershey and Ferrero Hold Talks Over Potential Cadbury Bid

Hershey and the Italian chocolate maker Ferrero have held talks over a potential bid for Cadbury that would rival Kraft's $16.7 billion hostile offer, a person briefed on the matter told DealBook on Tuesday.
