Friend of rape victim blasts school over safety

When a girl disappeared from a high school homecoming dance, her friends thought she'd gone home early. But the next day, they learned of an alleged gang rape. The school is to blame, one friend says.

Witnesses did not report gang rape

RICHMOND, Calif., Oct. 26 (UPI) -- Police in Richmond, Calif., said Monday about a dozen people witnessed a gang rape of a 15-year-old girl but none of the witnesses reported the crime.
