Florida man convicted of rape is exonerated after 35 years in prison

James Bain, 54, is released thanks to DNA testing that cleared him of the 1974 kidnapping and rape of a 9-year-old boy. James Bain used a cellphone for the first time Thursday, calling his elderly mother to tell her he had been freed after 35 years behind bars for a crime he did not commit.
