Former Celtics owner Mangurian dies at 82

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 21 (UPI) -- Former Boston Celtics owner Harry Mangurian has died at the age of 82 after a battle with leukemia, a friend announced Tuesday.

John Svenson, Celtics co-owner, dies

BOSTON, July 3 (UPI) -- John Svenson, a Boston developer and co-owner of the Celtics basketball team, has died at the age of 58. Svenson had been ill with cancer for a year, the Boston Globe reported Tuesday. He died Saturday at Brigham's and Women's Hospital in Boston.
