Elijah Dukes of Washington Nationals sent to Triple-A; team welcomes Nyjer Morgan

The Washington Nationals sent outfielder Elijah Dukes to Triple-A Syracuse on Wednesday, making room to add newly acquired outfielder Nyjer Morgan and left-hander Sean Burnett to the 25-man roster.
