Dream Hope Winning Will Bring Out More Fans

ATLANTA (AP) -- No one can blame Atlanta Dream fans for being skeptical about renewing their season tickets -- not during a national recession and not after just four wins in the team's first WNBA season.

UNCASVILLE, Conn., May 17 (UPI) -- Tamika Whitmore had 22 points and 10 rebounds Saturday when the Connecticut Sun spoiled the first game in Atlanta Dream history with a 100-68 rout.
