DeSean Jackson of Philadelphia Eagles says he blacked out after concussion, unlikely to play vs. Atlanta Falcons

Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson, in his first public comments since suffering a concussion last Sunday against the Redskins, tells ESPN's Sal Paolantonio that it was extremely unlikely he will play this Sunday in Atlanta against the Falcons.
