Clinton to skip Obama's Moscow visit next week

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who broke her right elbow two weeks ago, will not accompany President Barack Obama to Moscow next week, a U.S. official said on Wednesday.
