Claudette strikes Florida Panhandle

Tropical Storm Claudette made landfall on the Florida Panhandle at 1:12 a.m. ET Monday, according to the National Hurricane Center. Claudette hit just southeast of Fort Walton Beach, after the storm's outer bands had pounded the area with heavy rain Sunday evening.
