Chiefs handle Redskins for first win of Haley era

The Kansas City Chiefs won for the first time this season when rookie Ryan Succop kicked four field goals, including the go-ahead 46-yarder with 3:36 to play, to beat the Washington Redskins 14-6 Sunday.
