Chiefs cut LB Donnie Edwards, QB Damon Huard, CB Patrick Surtain

Three oft-injured veterans who hardly played last season were cut loose on Tuesday by the Kansas City Chiefs: linebacker Donnie Edwards, quarterback Damon Huard and cornerback Patrick Surtain.
