LANDOVER, Md. (AP) -- A dreary game between two dreary teams on a dreary day produced two simple truths: The Kansas City Chiefs won't go 0-16, and the Washington Redskins can't get in the end zone regardless of who is playing quarterback.

WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 (UPI) -- Ryan Succop booted four field goals Sunday, carrying the Kansas City Chiefs to their first win of the season, a 14-6 decision over Washington.
