Chiefs' Cassel Looks Better in Practice

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -- Matt Cassel appeared to be running more briskly in practice Wednesday morning, creating hope Kansas City's No. 1 quarterback might start Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.
