Dish Network and EchoStar were ordered to pay about $200 million to TiVo for contempt of an order that Dish stop providing its digital-video recording service after losing a patent-infringement ruling.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., May 31 (UPI) -- U.S. digital video company TiVo Inc. has responded to a suit filed against it by Dish Network Corp. in an ongoing battle over patent infringement.
