Browns, Winslow 'worked everything out,' TE says

Browns general manager Phil Savage said Sunday he still didn't know why tight end Kellen Winslow was first hospitalized nearly three weeks ago and that he first learned Saturday of text messages requesting Winslow not discuss a staph infection.
