NEW YORK, April 4 (UPI) -- Ticketmaster Entertainment Inc. says U.S. and state officials are investigating its business relationships with concert ticket resellers.

MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- A Minneapolis promoter says if Ticketmaster does merge with Live Nation, U.S. concertgoers will likely not face increased ticket charges.

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 10 (UPI) -- Two U.S. entertainment giants, Ticketmaster and Live Nation, announced an agreement to join forces Tuesday in an all-stock merger worth $2.5 billion.

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Aug. 23 (UPI) -- Negotiations between Ticketmaster and U.S. concert promoter Live Nation have broken down, opening the door for Live Nation to go into the ticketing business.

LOS ANGELES, May 10 (UPI) -- Concert promoter Live Nation is moving into the ticket arena for its North American venues, selling premium seating and VIP amenities on its Web site.
