ATLANTA (AP) -- Kenshin Kawakami outlasted Roy Halladay and combined with Mike Gonzalez on a four-hitter to lead the Atlanta Braves past the Toronto Blue Jays 1-0 on Friday night in the interleague opener for both teams.
