Kurt Suzuki hit an RBI single with one out in the bottom of the ninth inning to lead the Oakland Athletics past the Detroit Tigers 3-2 on Saturday night.

OAKLAND, Calif., Aug. 16 (UPI) -- Kurt Suzuki's two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth inning, one of four Oakland homers Friday, gave the Athletics a 6-4 victory over the Chicago White Sox.
