Alex Salmond finally triumphs in 'Battle of the Budget'

Scotland's opposition parties will be if not licking their wounds then at least working out how they can do better next time after all of them were outsmarted to a greater or lesser degree by Alex Salmond and John Swinney in the great 'Battle of the Budget' over the last two or three weeks.
