MOBILE, Ala., July 28 (UPI) -- Mobile, Ala., police allegedly used a stun gun on a deaf and mentally disabled man to get him to leave a bathroom at a store, police records show.

Official: Payout won't halt pepper spray

DETROIT, Aug. 8 (UPI) -- A wrongful death payout of $1.6 million for a man's pepper spray death won't stop Michigan police from using it, a report said.
