A Turning Point For Green Energy Stimulus Projects?

Van Jones, President Obama's "green jobs czar," stepped down over the weekend. His resignation comes just as the pace of stimulus funding for the green energy projects that Jones championed is finally set to pick up steam, after lagging for months.
