*German envoy leaves, Embassy remains open*



Kigali, November 12 (RNA) - Rwanda on Tuesday expelled the German ambassador
in Kigali giving him 48hours in a growing row but that has not affected the
activities at the Embassy as it remained open on Wednesday. President Paul
Kagame is now in Switzerland on the next leg of his European tour, RNA
reports.



Following a signal of bitterness expressed by Mr. Kagame in Frankfurt, the
Foreign Ministry here asked the Ambassador Mr. Christian Clages to leave and
