An Ohio man allegedly attacked a postal worker with pepper spray and bit him in the leg because he was frustrated that a check he was expecting didn’t arrive. Advertisement Robert Kiefer, 25, was arrested and charged with assault and resisting arrest after he allegedly grabbed the 56-year-old postal worker’s pepper spray and blasted him in the eyes. After the two men started wrestling, Kiefer bit the postal carrier three times in the leg. Akron police officers who were called to the scene tried to handcuff Kiefer, but eventually ended up dousing him with pepper spray after he attempted to fight them off. The postal worker was treated for bite marks and cuts to his knee. Kiefer is set to appear in Akron Municipal Court on Feb. 21 for a pretrial hearing.
