During the deal, one of the teenagers pepper-sprayed Wozniak, grabbed the grass and took off. In their criminal complaint, Wozniak and Klier said they had been robbed but failed to mention what had been taken. After reviewing Wozniak’s phone records and interviewing witnesses, police determined what had happened. Wozniak was charged with trafficking marijuana, obstructing justice and possessing criminal tools, whereas Klier was charged with trafficking marijuana and obstructing justice.
