During a category about rap on Jeopardy, longtime host Alex Trebek showed off his MC skills by dropping rhymes from Dr. Dre, Notorious B.I.G., the Beastie Boys and others.

While he answered the questions in the category, Trebek definitely displayed a noticeable swagger with his vocal style, a touch that many people appreciated.

The segment was such a hit that Trebek became a trending topic on Twitter. Many people worried that the 73-year-old host had passed away.

Despite the success of the category, some people are saying that one of the questions was actually linked with the wrong answer.

Though Grandmaster Flash is seen delivering that line in the chorus of “The Message” in this video -- some think Grandmaster Melle Mel, another member of the Furious Five who also sang the line, was the rapper in question.

Hopefully Trebek doesn’t get capped because of the alleged mistake.
