Canseco recently received a letter from his Homeowners Association informing him that the goats are a violation of neighborhood rules and regulations.
From the letter:
“Violation: It has been reported that goat sounds were heard coming from your property. Please remove the goats from your property. Per CC&R’s Article VIII, Section 2: No animal shall be allowed to make an unreasonable amount of noise, or to become a nuisance.”
Perhaps bragging about getting pulled over with the diaper-wearing goats in his car last month wasn’t such a good idea.
Just got pulled over with goats in the car. The cop laughed at our poor goats . Awesome pic.twitter.com/hN1WiE7qDG— Jose Canseco (@JoseCanseco) November 21, 2013
Never one to shy away from controversy, it seems like Canseco might consider fighting the HOA on the matter.
