Spirit Airlines mocks Rob Ford with 'We’re not smoking crack' ad campaign

Ad offers $29.90 one-way tickets to Toronto region.

Nov. 15 (UPI) -- Never one to shy away from controversial advertising, Spirit Airlines is back at it again with an ad campaign mocking Toronto Mayor Rob Ford.

The low-cost carrier created an ad offering $29.90 one-way tickets to the Toronto region accompanied by the slogan: “We’re not smoking crack.”

A closer look reveals that what Spirit Airlines calls "the Toronto region" is actually Niagara Falls, N.Y.

The airline has previously made headlines with ads capitalizing on the Miami Dolphins ongoing bullying saga.

And also got in on mocking Anthony Weiner when the getting was good:
