Toronto Argonauts distance themselves from Mayor Rob Ford's pottymouth

"The situation with respect to the Mayor and his leadership is unseemly at best," team says via Twitter.

Nov. 14 (UPI) -- Things went from bad to worse today for embattled Toronto Mayor Rob Ford when he made some incredibly obscene comments earlier today that had to do with oral sex. They aren't printable here.


While Ford was speaking, he was wearing a #12 Toronto Argonauts jersey. The organization took to Twitter in order to make it completely clear that the franchise does not endorse Ford or his remarks.










Unsurprisingly, after the smoke cleared, Ford backtracked about what he said by making an apology and saying that he was going to seek help. He may want to say sorry to the Argonauts as well.
